Learn more here >Job Description:Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Administrator to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. You will manage IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems. In addition, you will provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operation, monitoring and problem resolution. Here's what you need:Experience providing assistance to users in accessing and using IT systemsIn-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systemsExperience providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devicesExperience performing duties such are configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing and loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity and configuring network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performanceExperience providing detailed analysis and feedback for escalated ticketsBonus points if you have:Linux administrationSystem troubleshooting experienceVMware administrationExperience providing support for the dispatch system and hardware problemsExperience providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems Experience supporting the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardwareExperience directing and possessing a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)Experience analyzing and resolving complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integrationSpecial consideration given for the following skills:Cisco UCS and NetApp Management, NetworkingSecurity Clearance:Active TS/SCI with PolygraphCompensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
