Leidos National Security Sector is seeking ServiceNow Engineer/Developer to help build a strategic platform to improve IT and business processes. In this position you will:Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reportsCreate and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and RolesCoordinate application and platform upgradesAssist with creation and cataloging of business process flowsWork with the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based business needs and strategiesPerform the necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needsWork with the training officer to develop supporting documentation to help others use the platform effectivelyIdentify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data that can be used to create a more positive customer experience and increase overall network performanceCreate models using ServiceNow, Splunk, SQL queries, and scripting to summarize understanding of how data relates to underlying network performanceInteract with the customer regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflictsFocus on the Improvement of Service quality, SLA Measurement & Reporting, Root Cause Analysis and ImprovementBasic Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearanceRecent experience in a data-centric operations environment utilizing commercial tools to provide actionable insights and situational awarenessMust have experience with ServiceNow12+ years of applicable work experience and education using one of the following combinations of education and work experience;High School diploma with 12+ years of relevant work historyAssociate's degree with 10+ years of relevant work historyBachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant work historyMaster s degree with 6+ years of relevant work historyPhD with 2+ years of relevant work historyPreferred Qualifications:Experience w/ Tableau, Splunk, Oracle, and network visualization toolsOriginal Posting Date:2024-03-06While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
