This ensures that the team truly understands the unique needs and opportunities of regions worldwide, right down to the local level.What will I be doing?As the Director of Worldwide Business Travel Sales (BTS)- with a focus on the Extended Stay Vertical, you will build positive partnerships with a set of high-volume national and global BTS accounts in the temporary housing, project, and workforce lodging segments. You will be committed to improving revenue and growing Hilton s market share. You will also supervise the facilitation of the annual RFP process, and other sourcing needs for your assigned accounts. You will educate both hotels and brand representatives on the assigned account roster to help cultivate customer business. You will act as the main contact for assigned accounts.You will remain the contact for the assigned account roster, keeping both hotels and brand representatives informed about assigned accounts, and will be responsible for managing relationships of assigned accounts with the goal to improve revenue and increase market share in Hilton hotels worldwide. You will also work closely with the Assistant Managing Director of Sales Extended Stay to plan and implement initiatives to expand the Extended Stay Sales Vertical. You will also work cross-functionally across select enterprise-level work streams, to improve service and build solutions for this unique vertical segment.More specifically, you will:Account qualification and compliance to account governance protocolResponsible for overall account planning strategy to facilitate growthAbility to understand predictive analytics and deliver revenue monthly, quarterly, and annuallyCollaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales Colleagues and other valuable enterprise partners to provide total client solutionsPresent sales pitches to clients with complex needs across multiple areas of the business; providing an overall solutions approachConsistently build client accounts by using the organization's sales techniques and strengthening existing client relations.Apply sales growth techniques to drive revenue and improve client total brand usageAddress objections by using a repositioning sales strategy or by successfully negotiatingIncorporating a personalized approach to the organization's existing client acquisition sales techniques to improve selling performanceDemonstrating a solid understanding of sales principles and protocols to increase revenue per client, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.Applying the best methodology in day-to-day client data management and maintaining clients' privacy, using the organization's CRM programPresent hotel promotions with a high degree of ease to support client needsAnalyze industry trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and incorporating industry and client analyses to forecast future client needsWork collaboratively on short- and long-term projects related to business goals.At Hilton, we are accessible, responsive, and consultative to all of our partners.
