techno-functional resource that can lead integration efforts from multiple ISV that are flowing through ISBs (such as mulesoft).
The Integration lead reviews requirements by working with the program team, translating requirements into fit-for-purpose Dynamics 365 solutions and designs.
Document the solution details including risks, constraints, alternatives, and reasons for the proposed solution.
Understands the business background, issues, and implications of the specific solution being addressed.
Be a hands-on developer with a deeper experience in integrations and customizations on D365.
Should be able to manage the handshake between ISB (mulesoft) and D365 with a focus on logging, error management, and mapping.
Should also be very familiar with the multiple business process flows of D365 and how the features work together to help with troubleshooting, debugging, and testing.
Should have a deeper understanding of core F&O functionality on D365 (including but not limited to AR, AP, GL, and FA).
Should possess a deeper knowledge of integration with D365 modules.
Strong communication skills required; Should be able to guide the team and coach/discuss with clients on integration aspects, clarify questions, open items, etc.
Knowledge of AX2012 would be preferred.
