Key Responsibilities:
- Work as Application Support person in a Software as a Service Team.
- Work as team and capable of contribute individually.
- Develop proof of concepts and provide solutions for technical complexity.
- Production support and performance improvements.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- AgilQuest (or any similar workforce management tool)
- Cloud/SaaS,
- PowerShell/Bash,
- Outlook/O365,
- SDKs/APIs/Libraries
- This is a technical role - looking for Programmers/Engineers related profiles
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Demonstrated experience with SaaS applications such as AgilQuest
- Demonstrated end to end experience of IT On-Prem and/or SaaS systems (such as AgilQuest) as an administrator to upload/input data, to manage users/roles.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer or help desk support.
- Demonstrated experience working with end customers to resolve data collection, data validation, and software quality assurance issues.
- Demonstrated experience working in the enterprise with Change Management and Quality Assurance processes.
- Demonstrated experience working with CSV files for structured data collection, validation, uploads.
- Demonstrated experience working admin scripts (such as PowerShell, BASH) to integrate with systems such as LDAP/Active Directory based on a schedule.
- Demonstrated experience working with Windows and or Linux systems and scripts.
- Be able to work in a team.
- Be able to manage multitasking.
- Knowledge of current frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and libraries
- Experience with 508 accessibility standards
