We are currently seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our high-performing finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of financial functions, including financial modeling, reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting exercises, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insightful analysis of variances and trends.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify business trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives, business forecasting, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, understand business needs, and provide financial insights.
- Support senior management in decision-making processes by providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial information.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 full year experience in financial planning and analysis
- Previous Hospitality industry (Food/Beverage, Transportation, Lodging, Entertainment, etc)
- Willingness to go on-site to build career
