- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- BLS required
- Blood patch, joint/epidural injection, vertebroplasty, arthrogram etc are preferred
- Nephrostomy tube placement, HD catheter placement, vascular access devices, IVC filters etc required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
