Clinical Operations RNs

We are thrilled to announce two newly created full-time positions to enhance our patient care and support our Clinical Operations.

This position will be working under the direction of the Patient Care Manager and Clinical Services Director and will support the Home Care Teams. Responsibilities would include quality and compliance, billing, coding, overall liaison to support the daily operations of the clinical teams as well as patient care as needed. • and reviews all new admissions
• and reviews all recerts
• clinical documentation
• chart checklists to include pharmacy and medication reconciliations
• and completes all admissions and death tracking
• interdisciplinary team meetings
• QA on a regular and ad hoc basis
• clinical invoices
• staff on documentation, QI and process improvement
• with QAPI and other measures
• coverage for staffing to include conducting visits
• provide AOC Coverage as scheduled
• with new employee orientation and providing support for Relias training, fit testing and flu shots.

Qualifications:

RN licensed in Maryland and PA or compact state license

Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in hospice or palliative care

Prior experience in performance improvement, quality, education and/or safety is preferred with understanding of Medical regulations.

The schedule will be

• M-F 8a-5p
• Onsite
• Will be required to be part of Administrator On-Call rotation, upon completion of 3 mos in role; currently AOC rotation is 1 week and runs about every 5 weeks
• PA and MD RN license required
