Crossfuze is recruiting for an Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive at Crossfuze, you will play an important role contributing to the company s sales success. Working with prospective and existing Crossfuze customers, you will be responsible for selling professional services related to the ServiceNow platform, and associated ServiceNow software licensing.This position must be located in the greater Washington, DC area. This position will work remotely from home and must be available to travel to customer and partner sites in Washington, DC.Creating and executing sales plans to consistently achieve or exceed your assigned quarterly sales quotaWork with assigned accounts to identify, progress and close sales of professional services and associated software licensingMaintaining an expert level of knowledge and communication pertaining to the value of the ServiceNow platform, its component solutions, and that of Crossfuze and its offeringsWorking collaboratively with customers, partners, and other Crossfuze employees and contractorsBuilding effective relationships with ServiceNow and collaborating to develop plans for assigned accountsAct as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issuesParticipate in internal sales meetings and business development activitiesOther duties as assigned5 years in an account executive or equivalent role selling enterprise software solutions and/or software implementation servicesSelf-starter, comfortable delivering sales results in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environmentThorough understanding of solution selling techniques, preferably with some sales training and/or certificationsConsistent track record of achieving or exceeding quotaDemonstrated experience negotiating and closing statements of work and similar agreements with customersFamiliarity with the ServiceNow platform is a strong plusThe quality of work is more important than when or where it gets done. On Fridays starting at noon local time there are: no meetings and no messages, so you are free to use the afternoon for what you need.
