PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ONLY ON A 24/7 site.

Must have an Active and Current Top-Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

Pay is based on experience with Benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversees the provision of armed and unarmed security Services for one or more Datacenters
  • Manages the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and retention of Supplier's security personnel providing Services.
  • Implements indicators, tracking tools, scorecards and reporting methods to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.
  • Continually prepares for internal and third-party audits, announced or unannounced, ensuring adherence with approved security controls and procedures, and can demonstrate such adherence.
  • Meets regularly with Customer on-site Datacenter management representatives for Datacenter site review including discussions on performance of Services activities, ways to improve collaboration, etc.
  • Ensures all Supplier security personnel performing Services are competent and trained in the security systems, equipment, tools, and processes, in accordance with this SOW and as it relates to their assigned position.
  • Ensures armed Supplier security personnel performing Services are trained in the use of all assigned equipment, the Use of Force policy, and meet all federal, state, and local requirements for armed security personnel prior to starting Services under this SOW.
  • Escalates and documents security incidents, conducts root cause analyses and after-action reports.


Job Requirements

  • US Citizenship.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are being applied.
  • Ability to work in a MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Active and Current Top-Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
