TFC Poultry recently expanded and opened our second poultry production plant in Winchester, Virginia, as such we're currently hiring for our IT Administrator. The Information Technology (IT) Administrator will report to the Plant Engineering Manager and will provide advanced support to multiple locations by managing hardware, software, accounts, and data reporting to drive overall performance and efficiency of applications and systems. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems Conduct user account management, including provisioning/deprovisioning and maintenance Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues Repair and replace damaged computer and network components Possesses knowledge of an enterprise component (e.g. Network Infrastructure, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware) Ensure the security of the server and computers by installing and upgrading antivirus, malware, and firewall software, and create regular training and testing to ensure the proficiency of the team and our systems Assist implementing and maintaining ERP software Maintain and update technical documentation regularly Test new hardware and software prior to full-scale installation Train team on understanding new systems and how to be more proficient with such Install infrastructure cabling between workstations and communication hosts Maintain and update basics of company website Promote personal and company image throughout the community Education and Experience: Associate Degree in computer-related field 3+ years IT support experience Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications MCSA: BI Reporting preferred Benefits: 75% Paid Employee and Dependent Health Insurance Dental/Vision Insurance 3% Matched 401k Retirement Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Frequent Company Lunches Long Term Disability $25,000 Term Life Insurance Work boot Reimbursement Apply now to join the TFC Poultry family!
