Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO Morgan Health and Head of External Affairs and Operations, as well as provide additional support to other members of the Morgan Health team. Morgan Health is focused on improving outcomes, equity and affordability in the U.S. healthcare system. We believe that the adoption of value-based care models will drive more accountability into employer-sponsored healthcare. We are pursuing our strategy through investments, initiatives with the JPMC Benefits team, engagements with other market leaders, sophisticated data analytics and research, and policy advocacy.The team is headquartered in Washington, DC, with team members also based in New York City and Boston. The team is led by Dan Mendelson, CEO, reporting into Peter Scher, Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase and a member of the firm's Operating Committee. You will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy, and flexibility to a high-paced organization. In this role, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine will include interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.Job Responsibilities Provide support for Morgan Health CEO and Head of External Affairs and Operations Manage complex schedule - prioritizing requests, responding promptly, coordinating with team, and recording relevant details for all engagements Handle travel arrangements - work with travel agency, coordinate details with Executives, record details on calendars, troubleshoot when there are travel disruptions Complete expense reports for travel and other business related expenses Support team with special projects and day-to-day tasks, including meeting logistics and support for quarterly team meetings and other engagements with external parties Coordinate with communications team on speaking engagement logistics, including scheduling, travel, and materials Provide scheduling support to (4) other members of the External Affairs teamRequired Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities At least five years of administrative experience, with preference for candidates with experience and demonstrated good judgment supporting C-Suite Executives or other senior executives Extremely well organized, flexible, with strong project management skills Work with speed, and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively, but also handle matters independently when needed Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external contacts Strong written and oral communication skills Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Experience with Salesforce a plus Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required#LI-Onsite
