No Remote **Job Summary** Our client is a Fortune 500 provider of title insurance and settlement services to the real estate and mortgage industries. They have asked our agency to recruit a Commercial Sales Representative for the Central Ohio territory to join their sales team. This is a salary plus commission position with paid expenses and great company benefits.

The ideal candidate will be competitive, confident, self-assured, responsive, driven, enthusiastic, optimistic, energetic, independent and even unconventionalsomeone who will thrive in a culture of accountability and achievement while delivering significant business results. Will possess 2+ years of sales experience with a detailed, proven track record. Title insurance or commercial real estate experience not required. **Responsibilities**

* Meet and exceed sales call and appointment setting quotas.

* Exceed sales goals for transaction and revenue growth.

* Generate and qualify leads in the commercial real estate segment.

* Call prospective clients to set appointments and solicit business.

* Keep CRM current by logging calls, appointments, tasks, notes, etc.

* Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue with existing commercial clients.

* Keep current with industry changes and competitor strategies.

* Maintain a well-known, respected presence in the local commercial real estate community.

* Maintain an excellent level of communication and relationship with internal staff.

**Qualifications**

* BA/BS degree preferred.

* 2+ years outside sales experience.

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner.

* Ability to manage customer base both internally and externally.

* Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.

* Ability to conduct group product presentations and training sessions.

* Self-motivation.

* Strong negotiation skills.

* Maintain a professional appearance

* Good prospecting, interviewing and closing skills.

* Strong computer skills.

* Technical knowledge of the title/real estate business a plus.

Compensation:

* Competitive base salary
