Our client is seeking a senior level Electrical Engineer to join their team and help build their vertical construction practice. This person will be responsible for creating electrical designs, project management, mentoring junior staff, and potentially, business development, if interested. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in office. (Linthicum Heights or Alexandria)

Must Haves:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer license (MD)
• 15-20 years of experience in electrical engineering supporting complex vertical construction projects
• Proven leadership abilities
• Experience with SKM software

Plusses:

• Experience with federal or aviation projects
• Project management experience

Day-to-Day:

• Provide electrical designs and peer review designs for vertical projects
• Project management Manage project budget and scope performance
• Mentor and develop junior staff of electrical engineers, designers & CAD technicians
• Business Development Contribute to proposals
