Job Title: Superintendent - Data Center Construction

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Uphold a steadfast commitment to safety, implementing and enforcing all company and OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, photos, and change orders.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among project teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction, with a focus on Data Center projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
