Responsibilities:

• Focus on commercial real estate practice includes both lender and borrower side representation and involves a broad range of sophisticated transactions including senior mortgage loans, construction loans, leverage loans and mezzanine financing.

Qualifications:

• Significant broad-based commercial real estate finance experience.
• Financing, preferred debt and equity investments and A-Note and co-lender transactions.
• Private debt funds, private equity investors, insurance companies, REITs, developers and other participants in the real estate investment market..
