Job Title: Instructional Designer
Job Location: Vienna/Winchester Hybrid 1-2 days onsite weekly (All remote work must be performed within the United States.)
Job Type: Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation: $35 - 40/hour will be based on the candidate s skills and experience
No other forms of compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, are offered for this position

- Work with Subject Matter Experts to grasp technical information efficiently.
- Utilize Articulate 360 and SCORM packages for course creation.
- Produce reference materials and tools to reinforce training.
- Manage projects, collaborate across teams, and adhere to style guides.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
