Our Junior Software Engineers (aka Software Engineer Level 0) create and enhance tools in support of our Hardware Engineers who are designing and reverse engineering parts. This office provides FPGA & PCB hardware design engineering / reverse engineering expertise to the customer.

MUST HAVE a current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to apply

The Junior Software Engineer positions require proficiency coding applications in C# and Python (or Java). Some experience w/ hardware and integrated circuits, or FPGAs would be very beneficial, but not required. We're NOT developing Web applications, or doing user interface development.

C# skills and experience are more important than Python. But Python is the second language we frequently use.

Other tools it would be extremely helpful to know: Git and Jira.

The Software Engineer Level 0 is applicable to anyone with a BS degree plus 0 to 6 years experience. Experience can be from internships (paid or unpaid), projects related to your education, work experience, personal projects, etc. Pay scale and benefits are very generous
