Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily food prep tasks efficiently to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
  • Prepare high-quality ingredients, such as chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, and portioning meats.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, including washing dishes and cleaning cooking stations.
  • Follow recipes and food safety standards to ensure consistently delicious and safe dishes.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to contribute creative ideas for new menu items and improvements.


Qualifications:
  • Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day; able to climb flights of stairs
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
