Description:

We are looking for a qualified Solutions Architect to oversee and address our customers technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Solutions Architect, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support sales process and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with client's Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management to grow clients adoption with both existing and new customer base
  • Mentoring assigned peers and new hires to ensure adoption of delivery methodology and delivery of work, and to ensure that company objectives are met
  • Ensuring services delivery in compliance with established clients Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Participating in the ongoing improvements of Client's Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Achieving utilization targets and help client to grow its services business

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is preferred
  • 5-10 years of relevant industry consulting or experience
  • Ability implemented cloud/on prem software solutions in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
  • Proven track record with delivery of projects and related deliverables on time, on budget
  • Knowledgeable about core data management and data governance technologies
  • Familiar with statements of work (SOW) scoping and level of effort estimations
  • Experienced in leading blueprinting, design workshops, and requirements gathering activities
  • Skilled at developing functional specifications, technical specifications, test specifications
  • Adept at workflow, security and integration requirements
