Guide the design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics 365 Field Service & Power Automate for Field Service.
Manage best practices with code migration with CI/CD.
Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team and test completed solutions.
Should have strong communications skills to convey best practices to drive solution.
The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Solution Architect for Field Service is primarily responsible for design, architecture and implementation on Dynamics 365 CE Field Service.
rchitect is responsible for developing the Solution blueprint of Dynamics 365 Field Service as well as assisting the implementation and support of this platform.
This role will primarily be responsible for aligning business goals with technical strategy and driving a roadmap for the Clients Field Service platform.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience of Field Service module experience required.
Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations.
2+ years' knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules or Finance & Operations is preferred.
Excellent and effective communication skills in all mediums (written, verbal) and to all levels within the organization.
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
