The Technical Proposal Writer will be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive proposals to secure federal contracts. This role requires a deep understanding of the federal procurement process and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical experts to gather necessary information and understand the requirements of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Write, edit, and revise proposal content to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and company standards.
  • Translate technical solutions into clear, persuasive language that is understandable to non-technical reviewers.
  • Manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Ensure all proposals are well-organized, compelling, and technically accurate.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal contracting regulations and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a government contracting environment.
  • Proven track record of writing successful proposals for federal contracts.
  • Strong understanding of software development, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant regulations.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with proposal management software.
  • Certification in proposal writing or project management.
  • Active security clearance.
