Responsibilities: Conduct business with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors to negotiate profitable contracts Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites, and reporting safety regulation issues promptly Acquire the appropriate licenses and permits from the corresponding authorities and ensure construction is up to code Keep key stakeholders informed of the project s status by producing frequent progress reports Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met Qualifications: Experience using construction or project management software preferred Bachelor s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields One year of previous experience as a construction project manager required OSHA 30 certification Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly valued Compensation: $66,560 - $87,360 yearly
