Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives2. Performs the role as a Subject Matter Expert, providing on the job training and mentorship to and trains subordinate security personnel in security policy and standard operating procedures.3. Works as a team member and leader, sharing information with colleagues and others across the Agency and Intelligence Community on best practices and lessons learned4. Performs work in multiple security disciplines, including but not limited to Physical, Personnel, Information, Industrial, and Special Access Programs5. Briefs highly sensitive and complex topics to senior leadershipHIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS1. Experience working with both IC and Non-IC external agencies on joint projects2. Program Management experience directing the execution of two or more security programs3. Experience overseeing and/or managing DoD or DNI Special Access ProgramsAdditional informationDIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601.
