Administrative Coordinator

Job description

Pay Rate: $25 / hour
Temporary to Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including: scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Review employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Monitor office supply levels, anticipating inventory needs.
Assist in the preparation and submission of permits.
Responsible for tracking the status of permit applications, and follow-up as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience preferred, but not required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
