As part of a small passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will participate in the development and implementation of engineering processes for Test and Flight Operations systems. We are seeking an experienced individual with excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and analytics skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be primarily responsible for the implementation and execution the end-to-end engineering processes for the integrated ground systems used by Blue Origin product lines. You will ensure the implementation is consistent with company policies. In this hands-on position, you will work to increase the speed and efficiency of the program by supporting the timely delivery, quality, and transparency of data to support program activity and business systems.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design, Implement, and improve engineering and program Lifecyle management policies, procedures, and standards to be used for Test and Flight Operations systems.Manage data in Blue Origin eco systemEstablish effective communication with major stakeholders.Lead and/or support change control meetings to ensure risks and change impacts are well understood and documentedIdentify and implement system and process improvements as required to increase efficiency and qualityMinimum Qualifications10+ years' experience development process definition10+ years of experience working in a highly regulated environment (automotive, medical device, aerospace, etc.).Proficient with product lifecycle management (PLM)Proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with staff at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers.Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)BS in a related technical disciplineFamiliarity with export control (EAR/ITAR) regulationsMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Preferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace or automotive industriesExperience with Confluence & JIRAExperience with SAE EIA-649 or similarExperience with MIL-STDsDatabase skillsCompensation range for on site CO applicants is $165,315-$231,441Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $174,585-$244,419Compensation range for on site CA applicants is $174,585-$244,419Other site ranges may differInclusivity StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
