We are looking for a ***Lead Web Developer***

**As a Lead Web Developer you will**

* Be responsible for the technical delivery of user experiences in responsive web projects

* Own the technical decisions behind delivering a great responsive user experience

* Sit side-by-side with the design team and product owner to identify MVPs

* Own & enforce secure coding standards through the use of automated code review tools (e.g. GIT Stash)

* Mentor a team of developers just as passionate about web apps as you are

* Collaborate with mobile engineering to identify needs and opportunities within the web services layer

* Partner with our QA team to automate functional testing

* Responsible for the analytics solution middleware, knowledge transfer, evangelizing to team

**The experience you have**

* Minimum of 5 years development

* 2-5 years experience building responsive web apps

* Well-versed in client-side MVC

* Expertise in integrating with web services

* Experience with Tealium, Ominiture, or Google Tag Manager and Analytics

* Demonstrated previous leadership of projects

* Bachelors Degree in a technology related field or equivalent work experience required
