Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the implementation of enterprise software solutions or large government projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices around cost development and risk mitigation.
Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts, particularly when dealing with conflicting requirements from multiple departments.
