LHH is currently partnering with a well known organization in the Washington, DC area looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant for a temp to hire contract. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of strong Administrative support experience. The hourly pay for the position is between $23-$27 hour based on experience. Responsibilities:
Administrative support for executive team
Manage schedule/calendar/travel
Manage proofreading and editing of documents
Support a wide-range of administrative related tasks
Answer and transfer calls
Perform calendar management
Coordinate meetings
Update and maintain database
Process mail
Manage requests
Order and maintain supplies
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative support experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Extraordinary attention to detail
Adept at problem solving
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint)
