Acumatica Manager, Remote, $155k + bonus

Job description

This role will have you working with a team of sales, solution architects, business analysts, and developers to implement Acumatica. You will assist the team in designing, implementing, and supporting Acumatica.

  • On boarding new employees
  • Administering the delivery of quarterly employee reviews
  • Participating in quarterly Acumatica Business Unit strategy sessions and budget discussions
  • Develop and implement project plans for international multi-company, multi-currency, Acumatica projects.
  • Work with process owners and Acumatica Sales, Solution Architects, Programmers, consultants to facilitate cross-functional business process discussions.
  • Work with Acumatica consultants to determine strategy for issue remediation.
  • Assist in developing test plans and written procedures.
  • Assess, define, and migrate towards process standardization.
  • Facilitate implementation of new processes through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation
  • Support integrated systems.
  • Oversee software development and customer specific customization projects
  • Lead Business Intelligence initiatives to develop standardized dashboards and ad-hoc reporting solutions for the Acumatica services and application department.
  • Support existing customer service needs and oversee help desk ticket assignments.
  • Promote subscription services post live and manage program execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business or related discipline preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience implementing Acumatica ERP in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience with at least six full lifecycle ERP implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects across technical and functional disciplines.
  • Experience managing consultants, customers, and external vendors/suppliers of software & services.
  • Experience of Finance and Accounting, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP implementation & post go-live support, preferably with Acumatica.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
