LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contracts Specialist for a fantastic engineering company. The role is temporary with potential to become permanent. It is full time and fully onsite in Alexandria, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and other related agreements
• Conduct thorough risk assessments of proposed contracts, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents, track key milestones and obligations, and ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations to safeguard the company's interests and compliance
• Support the GC with overflow work and some administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Legal Studies, or related field, advanced degree or certification in Contract Management or Paralegal Studies is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience as a Contracts Specialist with a focus on commercial contracts
• Proven expertise with commercial contracts, including MSA's, NDA's, SOW's
• Strong understanding of contract law principles, legal terminology, and commercial contract clauses
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

The approximate pay range is $35-$40 hourly
