What will your role be?

Scalian is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to manage the design, installation, test, and documentation of the IT components. This includes standard project management activities (requirements management, planning, project monitoring and control, configuration management, supplier management ) In addition, this resource will have to provide some functional and technical expertise on Infrastructure topics.

Activities:

The Services to be provided by the IT Project Manager include all relevant tasks and activities which are necessary to accomplish the expected objectives:

• Develop project plan and associated milestone deliverables, from Requirements gathering to Go-live and Operational viability, to include: Communications Plan, Scope Development, Schedule, Budget, Work Package Identification, Maintain Project status within PlanView
• Monitor and report on Project Status & health as necessary to include: Scope, Performance to schedule, Budget, Quality
• Interact and develop trust relationship with business counterparts: Attend project meetings, Coordinate with General Procurement General Procurement to acquire quotes, select vendors, etc, coordinate with architect(s), network engineer for Low Level Design and installation, test, documentation, interacts with both business and technical counterparts as required to solve operational issue but also propose improvement plan, coordinate all actions with all stakeholders acting in the project
• Confirm receipt of all deliverables
• Perform inspection of all work performed to confirm compliance to the client s expectations
• Maintain proper project documentation and handover at end of project

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

• 5+ years Infrastructure Project Management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams
• Experience with Firewalls
• The ability to read and interpret construction design drawings is a plus
• Experience in taking direction from and interfacing with corporate governance and the PMO
• Agile/Waterfall Project Methodology
• Soft skills - presentation, inter-personal skills, customer relationship
• Microsoft Office, G Suite
• Use of Smartsheet's, Planview, MS Project or similar Project Management Tool
• Experience in a global office / high tech industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Great Self-Starter with Natural Leadership and soft skills
• Stakeholder management, ability to manage risks and issues with mitigation plans
