We are an equal opportunity employer making decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.Responsibilities:* Collaborating with UX researchers to understand user needs, goals, and pain points* Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions* Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability* Ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and comply with industry standards and best practices* Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input* Working closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platformsEducation, Degrees, and Certifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum Requirements:* 3+ years of experience in user interface design for web, mobile, or desktop applications* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision* Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual aesthetics* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and development teamsPreferred:* Active IRS MBI ClearanceLocation:* This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland.
