No Remote Refrigeration Department Manager

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the oversight of the employees of the Refrigeration Department as well as ensuring the proper upkeep and function of the PSM Program. Specific responsibilities include:

* Provide supervisory oversight and leadership guidance to all Refrigeration personnel in the department. Handle disciplines and grievances within the department.

* Manage departmental budget.

* Coordinate the procurement of all materials and needed supplies for the department.

* Review department payroll on a weekly basis.

* Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding controlled chemicals.

Requirements:

* CARO or CIRO Certified REQUIRED

* Experience with systems holding over 100,000 lbs of ammonia including

* Experience managing supervisors and mechanics

* The ability to read schematics, maintain, PM, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of Ammonia Refrigeration equipment, Miura Steam Boilers and associated equipment, Hot Water Systems, HVAC Equipment, Air Compressors, Auger Chillers, Water Pumps
