Must Have Skills:

• Communication Skills to deliver Customer Service
• Conversational/Fluent Japanese

Preferred skills: If you are heavy on 1 of these skills, the others can be trained

• ticket management (or any experience with a ticket system)
• mobile device troubleshooting
• light application troubleshooting
• Service
• IT student or recent graduate with minimal work experience will suffice if strong Japanese communication skills
