We are currently searching for an experienced construction Project Manager for a well established contractor that does work in the DC market and Maryland. This is a full time direct hire position with full benefits.

Project Managers are responsible for preparing product data and shop drawing submittal packages, ordering materials, estimating costs, and managing project budgets. They are responsible for coordinating work with field superintendents, change orders, scope revisions and other tasks that are routinely necessary to complete your job responsibilities.
PM will generally be responsible for managing five (5) to eight (8) roofing/waterproofing projects with a contract value of three (3) to six (6) million dollars. Our client is not requiring prior experience in these areas.

Requirements: 5 years construction experience, degree in engineering or construction managerment (preferred)
