** Position Description**

**Homeowner Service Manager** Employment Duration **Regular Full Time** Location **MD - Gambrills** Job ID **21297** As a Senior Homeowner Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Manage and oversee efforts of assigned Homeowner Service Managers. Manage and resolve escalated Homeowner service issues. Conduct evaluations as needed to assess course of action for each item based on the applicable warranty agreement. When making repairs, order and coordinate all needed materials and parts for completion within cost approval matrix. Create service tickets with cost as needed up to allowed limits prior to initiation of any repairs. Obtain approval for cost and back charges above allowed limits. Issue service tickets and schedule work with Trade Partners, Vendors or K. Hovnanian Associates for any service work. Complete and maintain proper documentation including items related to moisture management, construction defect and back charges. Monitor on-going progression of all approved repair work to assure on-time completion and to verify repairs meet K. Hovnanian quality standards. Follow up on surveys including Corrigo and Homeowner Homework.

Bachelors Degree from 4-year university or college preferred; at least 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Strong communication and people skills.
