Warehouse Manager Columbus, Ohio **Warehouse Manager**

Responsible for overseeing all processes, operations and staff in the warehouse. The Warehouse Manager must reflect and represent Hamilton Parkers core values, H.E.A.R.T. (History, Enthusiastic, Adaptive, Reputable, Team-oriented).

Full-Time **Responsibilities:**

* Monitor efficiencies and accuracy in job performance of warehouse associates.

* Hire and train staff as needed.

* Perform quarterly reviews with staff (people analyzer).

* Perform annual reviews with associates.

* Document all disciplinary actions.

* Monitor and adjust associates times/vacations through HPs timekeeping system.

* Monitor the day-to-day responsibilities of the operations staff.

* Create and keep the Saturday work schedule up to date.

* Work closely with the Inventory Control Manager on inventory accuracy.

* Hold staff accountable for upholding the companys core values.

* Answer questions in regards to warehouse operations and help with any issues.

* Communication and listening skills.

* Able to lead by example.

* Cross-trained to perform any job in the warehouse.

* Problem-solving skills.

* Ability to implement processes to provide a better customer service experience.

* Have patience and be flexible in day-to-day operations of shipping and receiving.

* Adaptive. Able to accept change.

* Manager/supervisor experience and training.

* Forklift certified.

* Experience with RF scanner.

* Customer service background is a plus.

* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

* Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; safety belts, gloves.
