work independently. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical,
and plumbing systems.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Routine Maintenance:**
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functioning.
2. **Repairs:**
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems promptly and effectively.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. **Equipment Installation:**
- Install new equipment and systems as needed, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
4. **Troubleshooting:**
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex maintenance problems.
5. **Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment installations.
- Provide regular updates on maintenance tasks and project progress.
6. **Safety Compliance:**
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Report any safety concerns or violations to the appropriate personnel.
7. **Communication:**
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other staff members.
- Provide clear and concise information on maintenance issues and resolutions.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant trade school education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.

- Pay rate would be $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.
- Benefits start day one
- Monthly Attendance Bonus: $200 for day shifts and $400 for night shifts
