Job description

Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Savannah office on a part-time basis.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and archives closed projects and files according to procedure.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems (including Newforma) in accordance with Document Retention Guidelines.
  • Maintain files and file storage in a neat and accurate manner.

Qualifications:
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Ability to work 32/hours a week.
  • Microsoft Office Professional skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Windows Explorer.
  • Skilled in the use of the Internet as a research tool.
  • Ability to organize, work independently and exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Work collaboratively to acquire and dispense information as part of a team.
  • Strong job commitment and initiative.
  • Ability to be flexible and calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

Physical requirements:

Work is generally performed in an office or client office setting. Ability to use standard office equipment is required.
