**What you can expect as Customer Care Coordinator**

* Support our Assistive Technology Professionals as they evaluate our clients needs for customized wheelchairs & other rehab equipment

* Schedule customer evaluations and delivery of wheelchairs to clients for multiple partners within Numotion

* Gather information and medical documentation needed to process orders

* Heavy data entry of order process documentation

* Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

* Work cross-functionally within Numotion to ensure timely completion of order processing

**Required Skills**

**What you will need to succeed**

* High School diploma/GED required

* Experience working in a fast paced environment

* Drive to provide best-in-class service to our partners and customers

* Ability to manage multiple competing priorities without sacrificing a high level of service

* Strong time management with the ability to maintain team schedules as needed

* Basic understanding of health insurance

* Ability to work a team setting as well as independently to prioritize duties in order to meet deadlines

* Exceptional client focus and a natural ability to build relationships

* Maintain a strong sense of urgency

* Paramount sensitivity and ability to maintain confidentiality

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel

**Required Experience**

Previous Customer Service is required, preferably experience dealing with customers in an industry like ours. Durable Medical Equipment, Case Management. Need to have great phone manners and need to be very organized in order keep pace with the order process and customer demands. Need to be able to work independently as well as working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
