Duties will include preparing USPTO forms; electronic filing of documents in the USPTO; responses to office actions and Information Disclosure Statements (IDS), preparing U. S. filing order letters; preparing other patent forms and correspondence.

Duties will also include management of patent docket including reviewing and docketing patent correspondence, updating the status of patents and patent applications, assisting patent attorneys, and inspection of electronic patent file histories. Additional duties may include assistance with overflow trademark prosecution on an as needed basis.
