Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with UX researchers to understand user needs, goals, and pain points
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions
- Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability
- Ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and comply with industry standards and best practices
- Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input
- Working closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platforms
Education, Degrees, and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in user interface design for web, mobile, or desktop applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual aesthetics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and development teams

- Active IRS MBI Clearance

- This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.
