Alutiiq Security & Technology, LLC is currently recruiting for unarmed security officers to provide guard services for DISAs National Capital Region (NCR) Campus located at Ft. Meade, MD. Service is for unarmed guards to provide protection to multiple buildings and grounds.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**

Security Officer Applicants selected will be responsible for:

* Manage the entry and exit security for the facilities

* Patrol interior and exterior of buildings to include parking areas

* Perform magnetometer and x-ray inspections, respond to alarms

* Other additional security duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: **Required Qualifications and Experience:**

* Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

* Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.

* Must have at least an Interim Security Clearance and maintain it.

* Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

* Possess a High School Diploma.

* Maintain a valid Drivers License.

* Applicants must also be able to speak, read, and write English.

* Have no felony convictions.

* Have no record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture during the past 5 years.

* Meet the security screening standards including a favorable Local Agency Check (LAC) and National Agency Check (NAC), as well as National Crime Information Center (NCIC) checks.

* Applicants selected will be subject to a background/security investigation and must be drug free and remain drug free during period of employment.

* Must possess excellent communication skills and knowledge in security operations.

* Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
