We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services to our members. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing staff, achieving branch goals, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is eligible for hybrid work after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staff scheduling, cash management, and member transactions
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Hire, train, and supervise branch staff
Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure high levels of member satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with members and identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services
Analyze branch performance and develop action plans to improve performance
Represent the credit union in the community and participate in community events
