Systems Analyst

Job description

The primary purpose of this position is to support configuration updates and installations in addition to any administration duties required to maintain and manage specified systems and data.

Assists in the definition of application designs and functionality, performs configuration, testing, and implementation of applications and updates to existing applications.

What Youll Do

  • Daily administration and support of the platform including, but not limited to, managing user accounts, profiles, permissions, page layouts, dashboards, reports, data integrity and data validation, etc.

  • Assist with maintaining proper internal controls with respect to the ongoing development and enhancement of the platform by documenting application requirements and enhancements.

  • Partners with vendors on software capabilities, support processes, best practices, documentation, and product road map understanding and input on the systems of responsibility.

  • Collaborates with business partners, cross function internal and external teams to identify process modifications to the platform necessary to support the needs of the organization effectively and efficiently and Safelite's client.

What Youll Need

  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Experience with software development, life cycle and implementation methodologies Required.

  • IT administration Experience Required

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JIRA Required

  • Data base and query knowledge Required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Capability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

  • Ability to assist in translation of technical concepts into non-technical terms.

  • Knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.

  • Experience with the Kronos application support and system administration (preferred)
