Liberty Construction is a General Contractor that specializes in medical and dental construction for practice owners in the DMV region. Our customers are doctors and dentists who are building private practices and seek our full design-build services. Position
The company is looking to hire Project Managers who can effectively manage the construction of multiple healthcare interior fit-outs projects, alongside a site superintendent, being the client's primary contact during all phases of design, construction and close-out. The role involves managing and scheduling subcontractors, material tracking, and working closely with the Project Owner and Architects in sending RFIs, Change Orders and Punchlist tracking. The ideal candidate has at least several years of background experience in a Project Management role in the Commercial Construction industry, with exposure to the design, construction and closeout phase.
The project manager position is a great opportunity for driven, tech-savvy, motivated individuals looking to be tested on their problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. Our typical projects are relatively fast (90-120 days), valued between $300k to $1M, and with owners/clients who are in the medical private practice profession. Our differentiating factor in winning jobs is the involvement of a dedicated PM to our clients, who benefit greatly when their Project Manager expresses a high level of detail orientation along with effective communication and understanding that a successful project is one where the owner is in the loop with their agreed upon deliverables are met from start to finish.
Project Managers at Liberty Construction are tasked with planning and executing projects so they are completed within the agreed upon timeline schedule and budget. Project Managers will utilize Procore software to manage drawing revisions, submittals, punchlist, and other aspects of the project. Proficiency in computer software is an important criteria for the job.
