Job Details
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on complex estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration matters.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Represent clients in probate and trust litigation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on the potential legal implications of various estate planning strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to trusts and estates.
Job Details
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a focus on probate administration and estate administration.
- Proven track record of effectively managing complex legal matters related to trusts and estates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
