Our work depends on this role to maintain HRSA's Hosting, Network, Security, Server, Identity and Access Management, and Tier II Operations in support of the HRSA mission.24x7x365 infrastructure operations support serving in on-call rotationHybrid Environment (Azure and on-prem) / Experience in Azure requiredWorking within team for successful completion of all tasks within the Statement of Work for assigned area of responsibility. That includes: Network, Security, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, Identity and Access Management, and Server Operations.Will review monitoring tools to identify trends and proactive identification of potential customer impacting events.Recommending changes to processes or procedures to improve efficiency or reduce costs in future projects.Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software with IT infrastructure.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Positions are available at the following three levels:Systems Engineer JuniorBachelor's degree in related field. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
