We are looking for a FedCiv Business Development Manager.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a growth strategy for the assigned FedCiv Dignari portfolio focused on alignment to Dignari strategic goals and client needs
Lead meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices
Promote the company's services and solutions addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Identify and track opportunities throughout the entire business development lifecycle
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Establish teaming arrangements and bid strategies
Lead opportunity gate reviews
Provide customer insight and leadership to the capture team through the completion of proposal development
Position Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
5-7 years managing business development and capture efforts of various size, scope, and complexity within the Federal Civilian space
Proven track record of successful business development management resulting in growth for the company
Leadership skills to manage business development efforts including leading client discussions, building teams, assessing win probability, and driving the overall pipeline of opportunities
Demonstrated knowledge of key account business rhythms, technical priorities, and acquisition trends
Experience with US Federal Sector business development
GovWin experience
Team Player capable of working within a collaborative environment
Self-starter
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong customer service/client facing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Account development/ acquisition
Demonstrated history of winning new work/closing deals
OTHER
Business Travel, as needed up to 10% is expected
